1. The Package

We'll shoot, edit, and deliver your reels as part of your package price. Each package guarantees 50 reels. Reels average between 15 and 60 seconds in length.

If we're unable to deliver the full 50 reels, we'll refund the proportion of your payment that corresponds to the shortfall.

If you decide you don't want or don't like a particular reel, it still counts towards your 50. This ensures every session is used to its full value on both sides.

2. Shoot Location and Timing

Your shoot will take place at a location we select, in the city associated with your booking. You'll choose your preferred timeslot via our booking link. The specific location may change based on studio availability, but will always remain within the same city.

3. Subscription Overproduction

If you're on a subscription plan and a shoot produces more than 50 reels (for example, 70), your subscription will continue on a monthly basis until all produced videos have been delivered, unless you notify us that you'd like to stop once you reach 50.

We'll notify you once we're around 80% of the way through publishing your current batch, so we can line up your next shoot in good time.

4. Review and Edits

After each shoot, we'll send you 3 to 5 sample reels for you to review and confirm preferences on things like captions and style. Once you've approved the samples, we'll apply the same approach across the rest of the batch.

You're entitled to 3 free edit requests after the samples have been approved. Additional edit requests beyond this may incur a cost, which we'll confirm with you before proceeding.

5. Quality

If you're not happy with the quality of your reels, get in touch and we'll work with you to understand the issue and find a fix, whether that's additional edits, AI-assisted enhancements, a reshoot of the affected content, or another solution appropriate to your package.

6. AI-Assisted Editing

We use AI tools as part of our editing process, including to enhance audio and picture quality. This is standard practice across your package and helps us deliver a consistent, polished result at scale.

7. Compliance and Content Liability

You are solely responsible for the content of what is said in your videos. We are not liable for any statements made during recording that may breach broker compliance obligations, advertising standards, or any other applicable laws or regulations. We recommend reviewing your talking points against your own compliance requirements before your shoot.

8. Payment

Pay in full upfront - $1,799 + GST (1–2 posts per week)

6-month minimum subscription - $299 + GST per month (2 posts per week)

12-month minimum subscription - $159 + GST per month (1 post per week)

Payment is required within 72 hours of receiving your invoice to secure your booking.

An additional $200 + GST applies per extra person included in the shoot.

9. Cancellations and Rescheduling

A minimum of 14 days' notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling request.

  • Requests made within 14 days of the booking may forfeit 30% of the full upfront payment or booking fee.

  • Requests made within 48 hours of the booking may forfeit 70%.

  • For subscription bookings, the entire first payment is forfeited if cancelled or rescheduled outside these terms.

  • Where a replacement booking is secured, a full refund may be applied at our discretion.

10. Content Ownership and Usage Rights

Until full payment has been received (or, for subscription plans, until the minimum subscription term has been met), 99content retains ownership of all footage and edited reels produced under your booking.

For subscription clients, ownership transfers proportionally to the amount paid. For example, on a 12-month plan, 2 months of payment entitles you to ownership of 2 months' worth of delivered videos.

11. Raw Footage

Our service covers the delivery of edited reels only. Raw, unedited footage is not included as part of your package but can be provided on request at an additional cost.

12. Delivery and Turnaround

Sample clips will be provided within 3 weeks of your shoot.

13. Confidentiality

Any sensitive business, client, or compliance-related information shared with us in the course of your shoot or our engagement will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, other than as required to deliver your reels (for example, to our editing team) or as required by law.
