DAVID BARBELER, Founder

David launched 99content back in 2018 and it has since become the number one content service for Australian mortgage brokers looking to amplify their brand via social media.

He previously worked as a political journalist from 2006 to 2015, including three years in the federal press gallery with AAP. An unashamed fair-weather fan, he enjoys whatever sporting competition Queensland is currently winning. So… go Lions!

THEA COWIE, Head of Strategy

Thea is a co-founder of 99content and is the head honcho for all things strategy. That includes the direction of the weekly content we produce for brokers, or what new services we launch as part of our offering (for example, our new video service).

Earlier, she braved two Canberra winters as an SBS World News political reporter, talked her way into a Bulgarian prison cell for ABC Radio and presented state news bulletins for Fairfax Radio.
